The continuous development of information technology has increased the level automation and informatization in manufacturing industry, which makes it necessary for companies to effectively monitor their assembly lines. Aiming visualize monitoring challenges line production process, taking industrial detonator automatic as research object referring digital twin five-dimensional model, a visualization method that utilizes an based on is proposed. First, architecture system constructed, its specific operation flow studied. Then, three key implementation methods, including virtual entity model construction, data collection process complex equipment error detection, are Finally, designed developed, verifies proposed effective line.
